These Terms of Service govern your use of holidaydepotz.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by NOVELLE GLOW LLC, trading as Holiday Depotz. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The address above is our registered business address. It is not a retail store, showroom or warehouse, and it is not a returns address. Returns go to the address on the prepaid label we send you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

3. Products, colors and sizing

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Screens render color differently, so the shade you receive may vary slightly from the images. Sizing is given by the manufacturer; if an item does not fit, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars. Prices include import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We accept card payments through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, and will contact you and offer a full refund if we do.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the billing and shipping details cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellation

7. Your account and conduct

Keep your account details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or resell our content.

8. Our content

The text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

9. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we send occasional marketing emails. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Contact us first at support@holidaydepotz.com; most problems are resolved by email within a day.
