What we do

Holiday Depotz sells one category of clothing and tries to get it right: men's hoodies and sweatshirts. Pullovers, zip-ups, quarter-zips, waffle knits, fleece-lined winter weights and a few graphic pieces. Nothing else. That keeps the range small enough that we can describe every item honestly and answer questions about it the same day.

How we operate

We are an online-only store. There is no retail location to visit, no showroom and no warehouse of ours to collect from. Our products are made by a manufacturing partner and ship directly from their warehouse overseas to your address in the 48 contiguous United States. We are upfront about this because it is the reason delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than two, and because we would rather you knew before you ordered than after.

What that means for you

Delivery: 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order, then 8 to 12 business days in transit.
Shipping: $7.95 flat, free once your order reaches $60 after discounts.
Import duties: already included in the price. Nothing extra to pay at the door.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, with a prepaid label we pay for and no restocking fee.

How we write about our products

Every description is written from what the item actually is. If we do not have verified information about a fabric composition, a measurement or a country of origin, we leave it out rather than guessing. If you find something on this site that turns out to be wrong, email us and we will correct it.

Holiday Depotz is operated by NOVELLE GLOW LLC, a company registered in Denver, Colorado. Our registered business address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. That address is for correspondence only — it is not a store and it is not where returns go.
