What we do
Holiday Depotz sells jewelry, with rings at the center of it: sterling silver bands, plated cocktail rings, birthstone and pearl rings, and the necklaces, earrings and bracelets that go with them. We keep to jewelry so we can describe each piece properly and answer questions about it the same day.
How we operate
We are an online-only retailer. We do not make this jewelry ourselves: we choose it from independent suppliers, and your order ships directly from the supplier's warehouse outside the United States to your address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. There is no retail location to visit, no showroom and no warehouse of ours to collect from. We are upfront about this because it is the reason delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than two.
What that means for you
- Delivery: 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order, then 8 to 12 business days in transit.
- Shipping: $7.95 flat, free once your order reaches $60 after discounts.
- Import duties: included in our prices. Nothing is collected at delivery.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, with a prepaid label we pay for and no restocking fee.
How we write about our jewelry
Every title names the metal as our supplier describes it: sterling silver (925), plated, gold-tone, stainless steel and so on. If a piece is plated, the title says so. If we do not have verified information about a stone, a measurement or a country of origin, we leave it out rather than guessing. Product photos are supplied by our suppliers. If you find something on this site that turns out to be wrong, email us and we will correct it.

Holiday Depotz is operated by NOVELLE GLOW LLC, a company registered in Denver, Colorado. Our registered business address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. That address is for correspondence only. It is not a store and it is not where returns go.
